About the Practice

Anxiety has been a meaningful part of the environment I grew up in—where worry wasn’t questioned but often treated as a virtue. In that kind of culture, anxiety disorders can go unnoticed, misunderstood or even reinforced. That experience shaped my passion for helping others recognize the difference between healthy concern and anxiety that quietly starts to take over.

I founded this practice in Dayton, Ohio to offer a space where people can talk openly about their fears—not hide from them. Our mission is to help clients break free from intrusive thoughts, compulsions, and persistent worry, and to provide evidence-based, practical, and compassionate treatment.

We specialize in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) approaches that help clients confront fear, reduce avoidance, and build healthier patterns of thinking and behavior. Treatment is structured, collaborative, and focused on lasting results.

While we work with clients from all backgrounds, we are particularly attentive to those who have been managing anxiety on their own for too long. We also understand the unique pressures men may face and are committed to creating a space where they can seek help without stigma or judgment.

Whether you’re dealing with intrusive thoughts, persistent worry, panic, compulsions, or the exhaustion of anxiety, our goal is to help you move beyond coping and toward clarity, resilience, and a life guided by your values.
